We had a little girl's night (all my fun friends are not pictured here) out while Holdie and his girlfriend Cheeto took June Bug to get ice cream! Here she is sporting YaYa's designer shades and anxiously waiting for her date to arrive!
Katy and I have been friends since Kindergarden and we got to see her and her sweet boys for dinner on the patio! Kennedy loved all of Katy's girly things...they were two peas in a pod! It was such a fun night and so good to see them!
Our sweeties! The babies are not too far apart in age...maybe they will end up in kindergarden someday together!
Gain came by for a visit when Brookie and Jimbo were in town a few weekends ago! I cant believe how BIG he has gotten! We had so much fun catching up and watching the kiddos play! Gain was a trooper to put up with all of Kennedy's lotion that she wanted to put all over!
YEAHHHH we made it to AUSTIN!
Nelson and I took June Bug on a little Austin getaway! She was sooo excited about it all week long. It was funny though because even when we got to Austin she kept saying "go to Austin!!" We met our fun Austin friends for a delish mexican meal at a new place!
The kiddos had fun running around and making rock piles.. or trying to destroy Noah's rock pile :)
We had late night back at Brooke and Jim's with everyone and the boys played basketball while the girls played with the tiny tots! Kennedy totally got a second wind (notice the out of control hair which pretty much sums up her hyper mood) and entertained us all! She even did "work it girl" on top of Brookies perfect stage (a wooden block of a coffee table) and finished with her bow and then said "get down its too dangerous!!" We were all cracking up! Sweet Jeff was reading all the books with her and she was flirting it up big time with him and Jimbo!

The next day we had fun filled day- went to Zilger park for a train ride, some popcorn and of course Zippy the clown!
June Bug had Zippy make her a pink flower because after all "pink is for girls" (shes very into the girl colors and the boy colors)! She is also into the girl bathroom and the boy bathroom because she says "the boy bathroom is too stinky!" We talked about Zippy all weekend long!
Of course in Austin and keeping it weird there was a random man playing his guitar with a harmonica attached as we rode by him on the train!
We ended the day with Hula Hut on the lake and Amy's ice cream with the playground. We all look a little exhausted huh?!?!
Maxi and his cute girlfriend Jane Ann or "Joan Ann" as Kennedy calls her took her on a picnic date complete with I heart yogurt to end the night! She had the best time with them! Maxi said the kiddie cd that was playing in my car should be played over and over again to torture people! Thankfully JA was there to help him out especially when Kennendy wanted to play at the water fountain the whole time! They were so sweet to give us a date night with our little Hammy!
Meanwhile had a quiet evening back at home and sat around pretending we had one little newborn and loving on him with no big sister distractions!
