Kicking off 2010

We are soaking in the days as a family of three and very much looking forward to baby brother's arrival in three weeks! Kennedy is all moved over to her big girl room and has been very excited about it! She talks about baby brother alot and randomly will come over and give him a kiss and a hug! She is also very into his little diapers, blankets and clothes! I think Im going to have a little helper on my hands! The weather has been so nice lately and so weve enjoyed some fun at the park! I cant believe how big she is getting and her vocabulary is hilarious! She uses words like "horrible" and "wonderful" and counts to ten in spanish! She even makes pretty good attempts at supercalifraglisticexpialadocious because shes so into Mary Poppins!

We usually get a little treat after school together. Our favorites are yogurt or a JD's cookie in Snider Plaza.

We had a great time having friends over to watch the National Championship. We made chili and cornbread and enjoyed cheering for the Horns! Oh well maybe next year!
Please take note of all of the orange and white these aggies are sporting! They were such good friends and fans and made it such a fun night. P.S. Please dont ask why June Bug has on the outfit that she does! For those of you that were there...you understand!

She loves helping in anyway she can and especially enjoys mixing and cooking!
Sitting here in her "little spot" has been a long time favorite. She helps wash the dishes (kind of) and plays with the soap and water. She could sit here for hours!!!OBsessed with water!
She looks like such a little girl to me in this picture! She had put on an old dress from last summer with her swim diaper on underneath and her "hoodie" and "soft shoes." TOO funny!
We had so much fun over MLK weekend! We had a great time playing games at the house after dinner even though it got a little rowdy! ;)
Taylor's talented fiance Terra knitted this miniature hat and scarf for Kennedy and she LOVES it! I even got a matching version! Kennedy wants to eat, sleep and play in her scarf and hat constantly!

June Bug just loves her little school. Lately they have been having theme days and this was hat day.
Our usual pit stop at the goldfish tank, Parker's house and the water fountains on the way to class!

We adore, I mean ADORE Mrs Desi and Mrs Deborah! We feel so blessed by them and appreciate all that they do to teach and pour into Kennedy's little life.
One of our favorite post bath activities is climbing into our bed with Daddy and watching "do re mi" from the Sound of Music. There are a few scenes she really likes including the puppet show, the raindrops song and "little Molly" as she calls Greta in the movie because she looks like one of our friends named Molly.
