Fall is here!

We had such a great time with our new friends from MOPS at the pumpkin patch at the Arboretum. Well some are new friends and some we've known! The weather was so nice and we had a little picnic before we explored the pumpkin house and the petting zoo!

I LOVE this little smirk and I get to see lots of it lately!

Wilson and Kennedy loved the petting zoo! Arent they just a cute little couple??

This is the new trick whenever I propose one of something and she wants "two"!! How can you resist those cute little fingers as she uses both hands to show me TWO!

Little Anna Kate just turned one year old..isnt she adorable!
We had a great time at Daddy's Cistercian homecoming. Kennedy liked watching the football players and can imitate them getting pumped up for their game! She also enjoyed letting multiple ballons go "bye bye ballon" up into the sky!

I was a little nervous Nellie was going to try to bid on this exit sign!! It might have added a nice touch to the new house!
We went to Mamaw's church for a hat parade. This translates into all of us parading around the sanctuary with all of the black women in their huge hats and then settling in for a 3 hour long service! NOT kidding...these women know how to praise Jesus!

Mamaw could not have been more proud with all of us there!

Kennedy was SO done by the end of the service!
This is Mamaw's hat from the 40's...isnt it a keeper?
Sugar and Honey played the role well! Dont they look like Lucy and Ethel???

Thankfully Birdie kept Kennedy entertained and Lauren kept me entertained until I started entertaining and then she had to quiet me down! So sweet of them to come and join us in the hat marathon!
Rainy weather cancelled photo shoots but brought the joy of pancake Saturday! Christina had given us some Kerby Lane pancake mix from one of our favorite Austin spots where we used to eat pancakes and queso late night back in college!! We had so much fun making pancakes with Daddy and even put them in cute little cookie cutter shapes!

Are we having fun or WHAT?!?! Please take note of the pink poolside foam flip flops that were a must for baking and completing our pajama attire!

We celebrated Pop's birthday with a dinner, cake and family! Kennedy had an especially good time playing with baby Reese and Grandmama and of course blowing out the candles!
