We went to the splash park for some fun in the sun with our playgroup!

We recently returned from a really fantastic trip to Cabo! It was supposed to be a girl's trip but a few of the boys joined in last minute! It was so much fun to be pool side, relaxing, goofing off with the cousins, golf for the boys, shopping for the girls and LOTS O FUN at Las Ventanas!
We ate at the neatest little joint in town called Guacamia and was filled with locals...definitely a cool hang out with lots of sights to take in including this man who would chop part of the meat and then snap a little piece of pineapple off of the top and catch all of it...
Ohhh the sisters...this is probably what life was like growing up with these two! Juanita is always so much fun! I remember when she used to come stay at the KKG house before I even lived there and she would just fit right in because she always knows how to have a good time!
This picture is really funny because one of the nights when the "grown ups" were taking FOREVER at a social gathering Haley, Holden and I had some fun in the rental car driving the hills of the neighborhood....what happens in Cabo stays in Cabo!

La Quarencia where my aunt and uncle are building their new house.
The last morning I woke up and ate a bagel under the umbrella on the beach and literally had this view all to myself! (fun in the sun means the professional camera stays at home...so these pictures on this entire posting do not do any of these places justice!)

June Bug went so fast on her princess toy with Leighton...he pushed her all over the backyard! They had a blast together!
Enjoyed getting to see Tara and Taylor too for a little visit!
June Bug's new favorite activity....well shes always enjoyed taking the wheel but now she has her own pink car from Sugar! P.S. some assembly required is an understatement! Daddy is the best grill daddy and he made us burgers and hot dogs on Memorial Day and we ate poolside! June Bug ate drive through style!
Our Bible study is on break for the summer so weve been planning a fun outing each with the kids. We went to the Forth Worth zoo and saw all of the animals. We got so lucky with a beautiful day that wasn't too hot!
As much as the animals were a hit, especially the gorillas, they paled in comparison to the excitement of the merry go round!
She loves to back up into things and then sit down!

Hays and I never left the pool side...we just couldnt get enough and we had such a good time together being pampered and chatting.
Auntie Lor is moving back to Dallas...YIPPEEE! We'll get to have a lot more days like this together swinging and playing! We could not be anymore EXCITED!!!

I think this girl has to have the cleanest teeth in the world...she is OBsessed with the "ta ba" and doesnt she look cute in her giraffe robe from uncle hammer!

Sugar is teaching her arts and crafts! Coloring is a new favorite although I accidently broke the blue crayon the other day and she just keeps saying "broke." We hope she gets those creative genes from her Sugar!
Saturday we met our besties Anna Kate and Wilson and their families at the UP pool! We love getting to do things together!

Kennedy just completed her first swimming lessons. She LOVED them! Her favorites were going down the slide, kissing Mr. Duck goodbye, and singing the bye bye song to all of her friends. All day long she sings "bye bye bye" and I ask who do you want to sing to and she lists different people...its cute! It was fun to have different friends and family come watch her. She can actually "swim" (I use that term loosely) for 6 mississippi seconds under water! This was on her last day and Daddy is so proud with her ribbon!
Our first time at Chuckie Cheese! Kennedy had a great time riding the rides and eating pizza!

i love the pic in the robe with toothbrush and the swing one is precious! junebug loves the splashparks! when wilson saw the last pics, he said, "whoa momma, junebug really laughing at splashpark!"
